Lorraine Mutukisna
Authorised Supervisor
Lorraine is our Authorised Supervisor, with over 30 years experience in early childhood education, holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education together with a Diploma in Montessori Education. She is passionate about nurturing the whole child, and believes in fostering independence, creativity and a lifelong love of learning.
Her dedicated approach has been recognised by the many parents of the children she has taught over her years of service, with parents praising her efforts through countless testimonials, including those which praise her ability to blend the Montessori Philosophy with the Early Years Learning Framework. Her classrooms are thoughtfully prepared spaces that encourage exploration and self-directed discovery while ensuring that each child's unique needs are met.
Through her commitment to ongoing learning and development and a deep respect for Montessori Philosophy, Lorraine remains at the forefront of innovative child centered education.
Prabali Ramaurthi
Educator
Praba holds an Advanced Diploma in Early Childhood and is a passionate early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience. She believes in nurturing each child’s unique strengths, helping them build the skills they need to thrive both in and out of the classroom.
Praba’s approach centres on respect, inclusion, and open communication, ensuring every child feels heard and supported. She values strong relationships with families and enjoys sharing her knowledge with coworkers, creating a collaborative environment where everyone learns together.
With her warm, engaging style, Praba fosters a positive atmosphere that encourages children to explore, discover, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Shiara Mutukisna

Shiara is a dynamic educator whose career uniquely bridges high-level legal leadership with a passion for early childhood development. With extensive experience of successfully leading legal functions for multinational healthcare and technology companies, she knows first hand the value of a good education.
Shiara holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, as well as degrees in Law, and Economics—qualifications that combine her expertise in legal frameworks with a deep insight into the developmental needs of young learners. This distinctive blend of skills enriches her approach to education, where she emphasizes critical thinking, creativity, and holistic development.
As a proud mother of a young little girl, Shiara brings personal experience and heartfelt dedication to her work. Her commitment to excellence has been recognized with multiple awards, underscoring her contributions both in professional circles and within the community.
